First aid kit checklist: medium kit

Pick the kit size, then print it or save it as a PDF. Quantities are the BS 8599-1:2019 minimums. Each sheet has six check columns: write the date and your initials at the top of a column, then tick each item.

How to use this checklist

Print one sheet per kit and keep it with the kit or in your first aid file.
Check monthly, and after any time the kit is used. See how often first aid kits should be inspected.
Replace anything used, damaged or past its date. Most sterile items last 3 to 5 years: first aid kit expiry dates by item.
